Lages - Out of Left Field

In 1957, Katy Gordon is denied the opportunity to play Little League baseball even though she is a talented pitcher with an unhittable “Sunday pitch”.  Katy researches famous women baseball players to convince officials that girls can play and play well.

  1. I like the book Out Of Left Field because it is about softball. I play softball so that is why i like it. I have not finished it yet but so far it is a very good book.

  2. She was the only girl that wanted to play baseball. One day a guy came up to her and asked her if she wanted to play little league baseball. I thought the book was okay.
